- Registration fees are inclusive of 18% GST.

Payment Options:
- Online: NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, and bank transfers
- Online payments via credit or debit cards will attract bank charges as per applicable rates.
- All remittance charges, bank fees, and online transaction charges are to be borne by the registrant.
- Registration for IPS Senior Fellow (above 65 years) is complimentary.
- Postgraduate students must submit valid proof of bonafide student status to avail of the PG student registration category.
- Registration is mandatory for all delegates, including children aged 5 years and above.
- Delegates are required to wear their barcoded registration badge at all times during the conference.
- Entry for accompanying persons is restricted to designated areas such as scientific halls and the exhibition area.
- There will be no credit facility for registration fees. All fees are fixed and non-negotiable.
- Registration is non-transferable.
- Delegates must carry their acknowledgement letter or payment receipt along with the registration number for badge collection.
- Conference kits will be distributed only to registered delegates.
- For spot registrations, payments will be accepted only via debit/credit card. Cash payments will not be accepted.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
- Requests for cancellation for refunds must be made in writing or through e-mail.
